Salary
2,50,000 LPA plus 50,000 as a one time bonus (after the candidate completes 12 months).
After the first year salary would be based on appraisal.
Test Details
Written Test (Aptitude, Technical, Maths) combined with English assesment.
Applications Delivery Unit (ADU)
Services are available across a wide range of technical platforms and encompass mainframe, client/server and open systems, Web technologies, enterprise applications, integration, database administration, embedded technologies, testing. Service offerings include Application Management, Development and Integration; Application Migration and Refresh; Project Management; Performance Assessment; Testing and Quality Assurance Services. Applications Delivery assessed at SEI CMMI Level 5.
Eligibility Criteria
* 1st Class (60% +) in their X, XII, BTech, MTech / X, XII, Degree, Masters level.
* BTech (CSE, E&C, E&E, IT, E&T, ME) / MTech(CSE, E&C, E&E, IT, E&T, ME) / MCA / MCM (Computer Science)/ M .Sc (CS, IT, Stat, Electronics, Software Systems, Mathematics or Physics)
* Good communication skills & analytical skills.
* Should be comfortable working in general shifts.
* Should be open to work across Technologies & Support Projects
* Should be comfortable signing a Surety Bond for 2 years.
* All Offered candidates would have to undergo training at the Mangalore Academy for 75 days, Post which they would be allotted various locations to work at. This is based on Business Demand.
* All candidates will be recruited for ADU unit.
* Candidates should not have current back papers.
