How do I reply to a topic or make a new topic here?

I'm not sure about you, but I prefer simple answers, and simple answers are best given with an example!

So, lets assume that you want to post something in the "Main Block", to do this, follow the steps below:
1. Click on "Forum" from the Navigation Panel. The Navigation Panel can be found at the top and
the left.
2. Click on "Main Block" from the page that is displayed.
3. To make a new topic(a new topic is a post that you create so that others can reply), click on
the "New Topic" button at the top or bottom of the page.
4. Type in a subject for your topic and a message.
5. Well, click on the "Submit" button and you're done! Congratulations on posting your first topic!
6. Suppose you want to reply to a topic that is already created by someone else, do steps 1 and
2, and then click on the name of the topic from the list displayed on the page.
7. Click on "Post Reply". Again, this button is available at the top and bottom of the displayed
page, choose any one of them.
8. Type in a subject for your reply(this is optional when you are replying to somebody's topic)
and a message.
9. Click on the "Submit" button and you're done! Congratulations on posting your first reply!

These steps may seem very difficult in the beginning, but once you've made 3-4 posts, you will be able to do these steps in less than a minute!
