Eligibility
1. Candidates should have passed their Final Degree.
2. Should have 60% in 10th, 12th, Degree and Post Graduation
3. Should have very good communication skill.
4. Candidates can come from any educational backgound but must be interested in a career in our industry
5. The jobs are on-shore

BTech / BE / MSc/ MCA/ MBA / BSc / BCom / BCA( Any Branch)--Any Degree OK.(Candidates can come from any educational backgound but must be interested in a career in THIS industry.)
Salary
25,000 / Month
Selection Process
Aptitude test on the first day.
On second day there would be HR round of interview for the students who clear the test on Day 1.
Shortlisted candidates will be informed though SHREDS site later.
General
1. There is no fees that the candidate needs to pay for the training.
2. There is no Bond that they need to sign.
3. The Company trains the candidates and identify them as future managers.
