Placement 2007: HCL Infosystems - Fine Print

I'm not an expert, but I guess this means that we have to pay an amount of Rs. 1 lac(!) to get into the training program!!! They do mention that they haven't had a single rejection, on the one side, it means that you're virtually assured of a seat in HCL if you just ATTEMPT the training program! Speaks a lot about the "training" that we would receive - effectively, are the "training program" and the 1 lac just eye-wash?

Gosh, that's sadder than the case of the guys who were placed in US Technology who were told they would be paid only a similar amount - ofcourse, lets not forget, they have changed that stance and now they have promised full pay during training.

That just tops it all, people placed will only be paid a stipend for their first 10 months even after their training period???!
All this was there in the mail from TPC - just thought I should bring out these points since many of us miss "small" details such as this!
